Philosophaize offers conversations with AI renderings of historical philosophers, drawn from their published works. They are not the real people, and their replies are generated by AI. A reply's SOURCE line is the AI's own judgment of whether it rests on the philosopher's books or goes beyond them; it isn't a citation.
Not professional advice
Replies are for reflection, not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and they can be wrong. Philosophaize is not for emergencies: if you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services, or in the US call or text 988.
Subscriptions
Conversations require Philosophaize Pro: $8 per month or $64 per year, after a 3-day free trial where offered. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase (or when the trial ends). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Prices may vary by region.
Using the app well
Don't use Philosophaize to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, to try to get around its limits or safety measures, or to resell or automate access to it. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.
Your content
What you write stays yours. You give us permission to process it as needed to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service
We work to keep Philosophaize available and accurate, but it is provided as is, without warranties, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.

If you downloaded Philosophaize from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
